Job Summary:
The Regional HR Head is responsible for leading and overseeing all human resources functions across multiple locations within the assigned region. This role ensures that HR policies, programs, and initiatives align with the company’s strategic goals and local labor laws. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives across the region.
- Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, managing risk and resolving employee relations issues.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and leadership development programs.
- Partner with regional leadership to address workforce challenges and optimize HR processes.
- Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Manage compensation and benefits structures to remain competitive in the market.
- Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to make informed decisions and recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
