The System Administrator is responsible for ensuring that IT systems run smoothly and securely. This role involves managing tools such as O365, Intune, and Windows Server, as well as assisting new teammates with onboarding and providing technical support. They will perform regular system checks, manage vulnerabilities, and create helpful documentation and training materials. Additionally, there may be opportunities for them to work on ServiceNow development to enhance IT services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain O365 Admin, Intune, Defender, Windows Server Admin, Active Directory, VMware, and Linux OS.
- Administer Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) systems.
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance to ensure high availability and performance.
- Oversee and manage hardware asset inventory and vulnerability management.
- Assist in the onboarding of new Teammates.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Teammates as needed.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems and processes.
- Develop and deliver training programs related to system administration and cybersecurity tools.
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools within the organization.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Be flexible, self-organized, and able to deliver on tight timelines.
- Contribute to the advancement of the company’s technology partnerships and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years in a similar systems administration role.
- Must have a stable employment history
- Experience with O365 Admin, Intune, Defender, Windows Server Admin, Active Directory, VMware, Linux OS, and MFA systems.
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining enterprise-level systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Systems best practices and tools.
- Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communications skills with ability to communicate professionally with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work in dynamic environments.
- Strong time management skills to deliver results on tight timelines.
Work Location: WFH (within Philippines only)
Work Schedule: 8 PM - 5 AM PH time (with shifting possibility)
