CLIENT BACKGROUND
Our client is a California-based quick service restaurant chain, specializing in high-quality chicken dishes. Founded in 2016, they currently operate 14 company-owned restaurants and are expanding through franchising.
Driven by outstanding unit-level economics, they’ve partnered with exceptional private equity investors to grow their base of company-owned stores and launched a franchise program to further accelerate growth. Recently, they won Nation's Restaurant News' 2023 Chicken Showdown, and they aim to reinvent the fast food experience.
With a focus on positivity, their philosophy is reflected in their dedicated employees, delicious food, and a guest experience that feels as good as it tastes. Their journey began with a passion for perfecting crispy chicken—making it lighter, less greasy, and more flavorful—ultimately elevating fried chicken to its true potential with a fresh culinary take on a classic favorite.
