For one of our clients, we are looking for a Talent Recruiter, remotely from Philippines and Moldova.

Accountabilities:
- Source and attract qualified candidates via various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage candidate databases and track key recruitment metrics to ensure efficient hiring processes
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing needs
- Assist with job advertising, ensuring that posts are targeted to the right audience
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, maintaining clear and prompt communication
- Enthusiastic about connecting with people and understanding their backgrounds and experiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on all recruitment activities
- Ability to quickly learn about various roles and communicate the company's needs to candidates
- Familiarity with ATS tools is preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided
- Fully remote position, offering flexibility in work location
- Full-time position with semi-flexible working hours, with at least 4 hours overlap with EST (8 AM to 12 NN ET)
