Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and document monthly committee meetings, capturing key decisions and action items
- Serve as the communication hub, managing emails, calendars, and correspondence for the team
- Play a pivotal role in organizing annual conferences and educational events that drive the organization’s mission
- Craft professional emails and communications that represent the organization’s voice and values
- Amplify the organization’s digital presence by managing social media content distribution
- Create and maintain a robust digital filing system to ensure easy access to critical information
- Act as a liaison between committee members, facilitating efficient task completion and information flow
- Prepare and disseminate various internal and external communications, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Proven track record of superior organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in digital tools for task management, communication, and collaboration
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
- Previous experience in administrative roles, particularly in non-profit or healthcare settings, is highly valued
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional evening meetings (around 7 PM UK time) as part of the role
