Sales Development Representative
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team remotely from the Philippines. This role plays a key part in driving new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads in the influencer marketing space. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, deep understanding of influencer campaigns, and a background in working with agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential brand and agency clients through email, social channels, and cold calls.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and interest.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and campaign teams to align messaging and outreach strategy.
- Stay up to date with industry trends in influencer marketing and digital advertising.
- Provide feedback to improve sales processes and campaign offerings.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in influencer marketing, preferably working in or with agencies.
- Proven experience in sales outreach, lead generation, or business development roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of how influencer campaigns are structured and executed.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) and outreach platforms is a plus.
- Goal-driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
