Shift: Monday to Friday; 7AM – 4PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and carry out all office administration including:
- Phone answering
- Handisoft electronic filing
- BAS reconciliations
- Bespoke projects including cost reduction analysis (eg phones , copy machine, electricity etc )
- Other tasks as directed
Qualifications / Skills:
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant/ Admin Assistant
- Excellent verbal and written communication – excellent English phone manner and written English a preference
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to answer phone calls and make notes /email queries to respective persons
- Ability to “block” sales calls
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to undertake projects and follow through to completion
