Secure and develop program partnerships with leading brands globally. Support the Program Manager in account management with ship owners. Develop the Voyage Loyalty brand with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Seek partnership leads for Voyage Loyalty.

Lead proposal writing for all loyalty partnership opportunities.

Support execution and contracting with new partners.

Collaborate with team members to provide insights into partner success.

Support partner account management.

Secure & coordinate participation of partners in Voyage Loyalty events.

Support in securing owner funding through development of collateral.

Support in account management of key owner accounts.

Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and develop the brand of Voyage Loyalty.

Collaborate on marketing of the program, ensuring that partnerships and owner benefits are sufficiently highlighted.

3 years’ experience in customer facing role (sales or account management), with experience in dealing with global customers.

Highly proficient in developing commercial collateral (PPT, Canva, etc.).

Fluent in spoken and written English in a business context.

Strong analytical skills, and proven experience in using Excel (as a minimum) to perform analysis.

Identify, Analyse and Propose solutions to problems independently.

Experience communicating to senior stakeholders.

Intercultural awareness and skills.

Team player.

Desirable

Experience within the Shipping Industry.

Experience in a role within a loyalty program.

Experience using AI to solve problems.
