Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Information Technology Support Specialist at Simplr Solutions. The specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and help desk support for SFA, DMS, WMS systems. While primarily based in Makati.

Required Skill Set

• Strong Analytical skills

• Ability to identify Problem & analyze possible Solution

• Experience in efficient support to customer

• Ability to write Data queries using SQL

• Experience of working effectively as part of a team

• A flexible approach and ability to adapt flexi timing

• Ability to work under own initiative

• Comfortable to interact with Customer

Responsibilities

• Very good handling of Application and IT Support

• Excellent communication (English Knowledge) and collaboration skills to work with customers and internal team

• Can analyze application data to assess performance and uncover problems

Skills – Strong in SQL queries
