  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Summary: Check that each customer application has the complete required documents. Process for approval and for activation only those that meet the prescribed requirements.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Calls customers for verification of account details following the prescribed process and instructions.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information as required.
  • Escalates customer issues to Management to ensure customer expectations are met with standard procedures.
  • Comply with other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Computer Literate (PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Word)
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Willing to work in Mandaluyong
  • Work schedule: 9am-6pm, 2 rest days
