Business Analyst / Product Owner - CRM System

Role Overview:
The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other relevant parties to ensure the smooth functioning of business processes related to billing, customer management, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
Solution Design:
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and propose solutions that align with business goals, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
Process Analysis and Optimization:
- Map current business processes and identify areas for process optimization within the BSS domain.
- Develop process models and workflows that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Project Management Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of the assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to ensure successful project execution.
System Testing and Validation:
- Define test cases and scenarios to validate that the solutions meet business requirements.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance processes.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user guides.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and issues to senior management.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the liaison between business users and IT teams to ensure clear communication of requirements and expectations.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 5+ years working as a Business Analyst in the telco industry, ideally with experience in the Customer Relations Management (CRM).
Work condition:
- Candidate must be amenable to work 100% on-site in BGC.
