  • Utilize the company’s CRM system to input, update, and manage client information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the business
  • Contribute to the company’s online presence by managing and engaging with social media accounts, particularly Instagram
  • Collaborate with the owner and team members to streamline administrative processes and enhance overall efficiency

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to represent a high-end brand professionally
  • Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a construction, home improvement, or luxury service industry
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, office software, and basic computer applications
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, and their use in business contexts (preferred)
  • Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn company-specific software quickly
  • Comfortable working in a virtual environment while maintaining a professional demeanor
