Job Description
- Manage Top/Aspirational Brands: Lead prominent brands with retail (outright) models to drive growth within the warehousing and fulfillment business unit, bolster platform branding, and attract new buyers.
- Own Sales and Profitability: Take full ownership of sales and profit for assigned retail accounts, with the flexibility to design and implement growth strategies tailored to each brand’s potential on our platform.
- Drive Pricing and Commercial Strategy: Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans based on business insights and competitive analysis; participate in marketing campaigns and leverage affiliates, live streaming, and other channels to stimulate account growth.
- Optimize Inventory Management: Ensure a diverse and attractive product assortment with sufficient stock levels to meet demand and drive sales by reviewing and approving purchase orders prepared by the inventory replenishment team.
- Negotiate Margins and Build Vendor Relationships: Establish and negotiate favorable margins and commercial terms with vendors, cultivating strong, productive relationships with account representatives.
- Provide Data and Insights: Deliver actionable data and insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze and Resolve Account Issues: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify account issues, propose effective solutions, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Implement Best Practices: Apply industry best practices to boost account performance and operational efficiency.
- Possesses Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or any relevant study
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in FMCG/ Electronics
- At least 1 year of e-commerce or retail background is preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
