Job Description
- Responsible for full recruitment cycle but not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing and on boarding qualified candidates based on departmental needs and requirements
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Fast and quick to identify highly qualified candidates, conduct background check and set proper expectations based on job requirements
- Identifies passive and active candidates by leveraging a variety of recruitment resources such as job portals, social media, resume database, job fairs, campus fair and referrals.
- Execute full service recruitment activities such as conceptualization of targeted recruitment campaigns, generating recruitment plans, paper and telephone screening, involvement in candidates salary package negotiation, coordination of interview schedules, etc.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, BSBA HRDM, or any related course
- with at 6 months experience in Recruitment
- With pleasing Personality
- Team player
- Can work with minimal supervision
- CAN START ASAP
