Role OverviewYou’ll be the founding marketing hire responsible for taking Klujo's daily word games from 0 to 100,000+ users in the Philippines. You’ll lead TikTok campaigns, influencer partnerships, Telegram community growth, and paid ads to drive viral adoption.

Key ResponsibilitiesTikTok Channel Management
- Create, schedule, and optimize viral TikTok content (challenges, gameplay clips, influencer collabs).
- Run paid ads on TikTok to target Filipino gamers and travel enthusiasts.
Telegram Marketing
- Build and manage Klujo’s Telegram community (channels, groups, AMAs).
- Run engagement campaigns (e.g., puzzle-solving contests, rewards giveaways).
Influencer Outreach
- Identify and partner with Filipino micro/nano influencers (gaming, travel, crypto niches).
- Negotiate deals (e.g., sponsored posts, affiliate campaigns).
Community Setup & Management
- Grow and engage Klujo’s Filipino user base via social media, forums, and in-app communities.
- Moderate discussions, gather feedback, and foster loyalty.
Performance Analytics
- Track KPIs (CTR, CAC, retention) and optimize campaigns for ROI.
- Report weekly on user acquisition and engagement metrics.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in gaming, crypto, or travel.
- Proven success managing TikTok channels and running paid ads (TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads).
- Expertise in Telegram marketing (community growth, bot integration, engagement tactics).
- Strong influencer network in the Philippines (gaming, travel, or crypto niches).
- Data-driven mindset with experience in Google Analytics, social media analytics tools.
- Fluency in English and Filipino (written/spoken).
- Experience in crypto/NFT communities.
- Basic design skills (Canva, CapCut) for quick content creation.
