On behalf of our global clients & partners, we are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end regional recruitment for both executive and non-executive roles in the iGaming industry. This role will be responsible for managing the full hiring cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and contributing to employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage market insights, recruitment analytics, and stakeholder collaboration to attract top talent and build a strong talent pipeline.

WORK LOCATIONS

Manila (Philippines) or Colombo (Sri Lanka)

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations
  • Develop and manage job descriptions, ensuring alignment with market trends and organizational needs.
  • Stay updated on salary and benefits trends to maintain competitive compensation packages.
  • Oversee talent sourcing strategies, utilizing job boards, ATS, and other platforms to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
  • Screen, assess, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide structured feedback.
  • Lead employment offer discussions and salary negotiations with selected candidates.
  • Candidate Experience & Onboarding
  • Enhance employer branding by collaborating with marketing and corporate teams on recruitment campaigns.
  • Engage with candidates pre-onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics, including assets, access, and work account setup.
  • Conduct post-onboarding check-ins (2-4 weeks) to support new hires and address concerns.
  • Recruitment Metrics & Process Optimization
  • Analyze key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate experience scores.
  • Provide data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent
  • At least 3 years' experience in Human Resources, specializing in talent acquisition/recruitment
  • Experience in the iGaming industry is an added advantage
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese languages
  • Possess strong sense of ownership and responsibility, and a strong team player
