  • Manage and deliver projects on time and within budget performance and quality standards.
  • Plan, design and manage multiple project typologies.
  • Establish, implement, and monitor project resources including setups, standards, and skill assessment within the management coverage.

  • Knowledge in ArchiCAD/Revit modeling, and construction documentation.
  • Knowledge and experience in coordinating Engineering Design & other Specialty Services
  • Ability to establish relationships with new clients & nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Excellent work ethic with the ability to function efficiently without supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and Professional License in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 6 years working experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects, resources, and overseeing projects from inception to completion and closeout. Broad and significant exposure in const
