- Knowledge and experience in coordinating Engineering Design & other Specialty Services
- Ability to establish relationships with new clients & nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Excellent work ethic with the ability to function efficiently without supervision.

- Bachelor’s degree and Professional License in Architecture.
