Scope of Work/Responsibilities
- Project management: Oversee solution implementation, manage changes, support QA, deployment, and post-deployment phases.
- Requirement gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from PSOD and NSO departments.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure goal alignment and understanding.

- Process advocacy: Advocate for process changes to enhance business and IT activities and contribute to designing the future state of new products.
Requirement and Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager/Business Analyst, preferably in the financial sector.
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and other IT service management and software development frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis and reporting tools.
- Meticulous approach to work with a strong aptitude for numbers and data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Job Type: Independent contractor role
Contract length: 12 months / renewable / absorption
