In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Handle product and application issues for customer-installed based products in any communication channel, such as call, chat, and email.
  • Provide solutions based on customer requirements and evaluate if there is a need for non-standard offerings.
  • Conduct technical product training for internal and external customers.
  • Act as a technical resource whenever needed, such as for pre-sales products and/or troubleshooting presentations.

  • At least 2 years of experience providing technical support for instrumentation or flow measurement products.
  • Knowledge of Business System Tools, including Oracle, CRM, and other applicable tools.

  • Experience in conducting technical training is a plus.
