Non-voice Digital Ads Support Specialist | e-Commerce Social Media Account
Role Description
- As a Digital Ads Support Specialist (Non-Voice), you will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brand by performing these tasks: Become and remain knowledgeable and passionate about leading E-commerce products and services standards.
- Investigate and resolve issues that are reported by buyers/sellers/creators such as checking order and logistics status.
- Review the reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
- Capable of coping with peaks in contact volumes during promotion seasons.
Qualifications
- Completed at least 2 years in college.
- Minimum 1 year experience in digital advertising, social media, or paid ads/digital ads monetization
- Experience in e-commerce or marketplace platforms is a plus.
- Have strong customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills and empathy, rational decision making.
- Successful track record working in a high-volume environment.
- Amenable to work in rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends.
- Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
