Qualifications

  • Preferably 1-2 years experience in similar role

  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proven problem-solving ability
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to analyse large set of data to derive statistical information to aid project or research or an internal audit.

Responsibilities

Processing & Compliance

  • Audit and approve placements, ensuring adherence to internal procedures and compliance guidelines.
  • Conduct right-to-work checks and manage salary packaging approvals.
  • Ensure proper classification of contingent workers for insurance purposes.
  • Oversee contract extensions, risk management, and documentation compliance.
  • Maintain system accuracy for worker profiles, job orders, and placements.
  • Monitor certifications and licenses, coordinating renewals to mitigate risk.
  • Analyze and report compliance data, collaborating with SMEs and external experts.

Time & Workload Management

  • Prioritize and manage placement audits within SLAs.
  • Develop contingency plans for deadline coverage.
  • Communicate workload status and escalate issues with solutions.

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Ensure efficient use of business systems, monitor dashboards, and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in projects, testing (UATs), and process updates.

Collaboration & Ad-hoc Tasks

  • Engage in cross-department initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support process updates, reporting, and new client implementations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
