  • Optimize Systems: Harness the power of our advanced fraud management systems to stay one step ahead of fraudsters.
  • Innovate Solutions: Identify and neutralize vulnerabilities in network configurations and product designs with innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate: Team up with internal and external partners to tackle fraud detection and control activities.
  • Communicate: Keep your superiors in the loop with regular reports on fraud detection results.
  • Develop Systems: Design and implement cutting-edge anti-fraud systems and procedures.
  • Investigate: Conduct in-depth investigations using profiling, social engineering, and internet surveillance.
  • Ensure Compliance: Perform activities for SARBOX and ISO-QMS compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • Unquestionable integrity and a creative mindset.
  • Proficient in mobile telephony, internet technology, and Microsoft Office.
  • Confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Keen investigative skills.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Expertise in GSM/Wireless Telephony.
  • Familiarity with BSS, Billing, CRM, Revenue and Fraud Management, OSS, Network Element, Packet Core Network, and Service Delivery Platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Fraud Management System principles.
  • Proficiency in LAN/WAN/MAN and databases (Microsoft/Linux/Unix/Oracle/SQL).
  • Understanding of Telco/Networking Standards (ITU-T, 3GPP, GSMA Technology).

  • Willing to work onsite in Makati
