Role Overview
The B2B Sales Manager – Hotels will be responsible for acquiring and growing sales with hotels in the Philippines. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a strong network in the hotel industry, deep understanding of procurement processes, and experience selling coffee solutions, F&B products, or hospitality-related services.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Execution
- Identify, approach, and secure new hotel accounts, from boutique hotels to large chains.
- Develop tailored coffee solutions for hotel F&B, in-room experiences, and banquet operations.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Strategic Partnerships & Account Management
- Leverage existing relationships with hotel decision-makers (F&B Directors, Purchasing Heads, GMs, etc.).
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales support to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy
- Stay updated on hotel industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing to develop B2B sales materials and promotional initiatives.
- Provide insights and feedback for product innovation tailored to hotel needs.
Qualification & Requirements
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record in the hospitality sector (hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, etc.).
- Existing network and relationships with key decision-makers in hotels.
- Experience selling coffee, beverages, F&B products, or hospitality-related solutions is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills, ability to close deals, and manage long sales cycles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for coffee and an understanding of the hotel guest experience is a bonus.
