- Design and develop visual materials such as posters, digital banners, and flyers for corporate events, activities, and projects.
- Collaborate with the People Engagement Team to understand event themes and requirements to create compelling visuals.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
- Ensure all visual designs adhere to company brand guidelines and communication standards.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions with the engagement team to enhance event themes and participant experience.
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate verbal ideas into visual concepts.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Knowledge of web design and content management systems is advantageous.
- Photography skills and experience with photo editing.
- Creative and open to new ideas.
- Ability to handle feedback and make necessary changes to designs.
