The External Channels Manager is primarily responsible in developing partnerships from external channels through wholesale, center of influence prospects and online market, cultivating and maintaining profitable banking and credit relationship with external partners and engaging them through recognition, incentives and promos.
Responsibilities:
- Strives to develop partnerships with external channels (non-branch) and formulates programs and strategies to attain business goal.
- Attends conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Collaborates with internal and external partners in organizing/attending online/face-to-face events:
- Cultivates relationships with brokers, dealers, developers, and other external partner referrers.
- Promotes FARM (online application form) as a primary platform in getting applications
- Oversees total performance of the Digital Channel team in order to reach teams sales’ volume target.
- Assists in the negotiation, packaging, and pricing of accounts when necessary for Digital Channels Team.
- Provides guidance and support to direct report to achieve target and deliver job requirements.
- Responsible for generating loan portfolio from customers acquired through wholesale, Center of Influence and online market based on assigned KRA.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Business or Social Sciences Course
- With 1-4 years experience in banking operations and selling of different banking products and services
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
