ROLE OVERVIEW
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing the brand’s advertising and SEO performance marketing efforts. This includes developing, executing, and analyzing digital ad campaigns across key channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), as well as implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. The ideal candidate should have a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience in performance marketing and search engine optimization.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Advertising and Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop compelling ad copy and digital marketing tactics to drive engagement.
- Conduct audience research and implement targeting strategies to maximize ad reach, engagement, and return on ad spend.
- Track ad performance metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to improve efficiency.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to enhance ad and campaign strategy.
SEO and Website Optimization
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Analyze SEO performance metrics.
Data Analysis and Performance Optimization
- Track and analyze advertising and SEO performance metrics, creating reports with insights and recommendations.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite, and other tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Propose process improvements in marketing strategies and budget allocation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing. Fresh Graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Has experience with Digital Advertising management (Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Instagram Ads)
- Has basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Strong copywriting, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Willing to work onsite, 5 days a week.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
