Job Description:We are seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Videographer/Photographer/Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role involves capturing high-quality photos and videos of properties, editing content, and managing social media platforms to enhance our online presence and attract clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute photo and video shoots at various real estate properties, including interiors, exteriors, aerial views and surrounding while ensuring high quality footage
- Knowing how to fly a drone is a plus.
- Edit photos and videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Incorporate music, graphics, and text overlays to enhance visual appeal and convey key information
- Optimize photos/videos for various platforms, including website, social media, virtual tours and paid real estate sites.
- Create consistent social media contents that increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create a consistent newsletters to be sent monthly
- Ensure timely interaction with inquiries or comments on social media
- Update assigned databases by upper management and encoding of metrics in all related and concerned departments
- Maintain and manage videography equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition
- Collaborate with real estate agents and management teams to shoot videos and content for listings while ensuring visual content meets branding and promotional goals.
- Manage and grow social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging social media content, including promotional videos, reels, stories, and photo posts.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and reach.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve content quality.
- Organize and maintain a portfolio of completed projects for marketing and client review.
- Coordinate with suppliers in terms of printable materials such as tarpaulin, brochures, etc.
- Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used or subscribe to where appropriate
- Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance content quality and effectiveness
