We are currently looking for a People & Culture Administrator to join Planit Philippines on a permanent basis, as part of our newly implemented delivery centre based in BGC, Taguig, Metro Manila.
About the Role:
We are looking for a personable and motivated professional who has great attention to detail and has a passion for teamwork. This role is primarily administrative in nature supporting our AU, NZ and PH People & Culture teams and your professionalism and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels in all regions will enable you to thrive within the business.
This is a full-time, permanent role for an immediate start in our Manila People & Culture Shared Services team. We operate a hybrid approach to working from home and the office (BGC, Taguig).
Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will cover general administration tasks assigned to you through our ticketing system. This will primarily be People & Culture Administration tasks where you will be required to execute a variety of transactional tasks, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, reporting, remuneration & benefits management, leave, training and global mobility administration.
This role will ideally suit someone who is highly organised with great attention to detail. Some previous administrative experience is preferred. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion is ideal.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- At least 3 years' experience in general administration
- Experience with Oracle Fusion
- A keen interest in People & Culture
- An approachable and professional manner
- Initiative with a flexible, can-do attitude
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and think creatively
- Ownership, accountability and responsibility for your role and actions
- Proactive customer service skills
