- Engage in sophisticated conversations with property owners, showcasing your expertise in commercial real estate
- Identify and qualify potential acquisition opportunities, aligning with the company’s investment criteria
- Set high-quality appointments for the sales team, facilitating deal progression
- Maintain meticulous records of calls, conversations, and lead statuses using Google Sheets
- Achieve and exceed weekly call volume targets, aiming for 1,000-1,500 calls
- Continuously refine your approach based on market trends and feedback, optimizing lead generation strategies
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Stay updated on local market conditions and property valuations to enhance conversation quality
- Proven track record of 2-3 years in cold calling, with a strong preference for commercial real estate experience
- In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate terminology, market trends, and valuation concepts
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage property owners in meaningful, sophisticated dialogues
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and managing time effectively
- Proficiency in Google Sheets for accurate lead tracking and reporting
- Familiarity with various dialer software systems and ability to adapt to new technologies
- Flexible availability to work 15-20 hours per week, primarily between 11 AM to 5 PM Central Time, Monday to Friday
- Willingness to occasionally work on Sundays to capitalize on higher answer rates
- Strong analytical skills to quickly assess property potential and owner interest
