As a Corporate Affairs Associate, you will be working with a manager on the following core activities, playing an active role in risk management:
Experience Requirement:
As a Corporate Affairs Associate, you will be working with a manager on the following core activities, playing an active role in risk management:
- Analyzing information, formulating strategies, and developing and communicating recommendations to mitigate risk for high-priority projects;
- Assist in managing projects to ensure all related teams are informed of risk and execute plan accordingly;
- Review internal and external communications strategy meant to protect Shopee's reputation;
- Ensure external communication is effective, consistent, and reflect company branding and values;
- Regular collection and review of incident reports for accuracy and completeness;
- Provide advice and guidance to teams consulting on their projects and incidents; and
- Perform audits on high-risk processes and implement improvements to address source of risk.
Experience Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years of experience in analytical, problem-solving roles in a fast-paced environment
- Has experience in any of the following: Project Management, Stakeholder management, Communications
- Preferred but not required: Experience working in logistics industry, consulting
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to effectively communicate verbally and written and collaborate with stakeholders of all levels
- Self-starter personality and strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Good collaborator and eager to learn
- Proficient in Excel/GSheets to process data and analyze information
- Detail-oriented
- Experience with tight deadlines and dealing with conflicting priorities, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
