Job Description

Project Controlling

  • Financial supervision of big / transverse projects that are delegated by Business Line/service


line.

Provide financial insight at tendering to closing stage (tax, legal, guarantees, review of

hypothesis and price sheets, proposition of contractual set-up)

  • Advise on project structuring, financial and tax strategies for intercompany projects, so as


to optimize benefits at Group level, taking into consideration legal and tax provisions

prevailing in the Region.

  • Ensure proper implementation of project structuring, accurate booking of expenses and


timely cash management by Regional Controllers and accountants for the project portfolio.

Qualifications

The candidate should have:

  • BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field. MBA or related advanced degree


is a plus.

  • Proven experience of project financial management and controlling, with advantage


on full understanding of “percentage of completion” accounting type of business,

  • Fluent English in both writing and speaking is MUST for this position
  • Ideally having worked in an international civil engineering or project-based


engineering organisation,Good understanding on project related tax topic will be a

plus

  • Engagement skills working across a matrix organization, strong attention to detail and


good organizational skills.

  • Technology skills: perfect command of finance management software, Oracle
  • Leadership skills/a sense of expertise
  • Communication, critical thinking, initiative, empathy, analytical, collaboration,


organizational skills.
