  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Are you passionate about IT security, device management, and automation? As an IT System Engineer, you’ll be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. You'll play a key role in ensuring optimal security, functionality, and efficiency across IT systems, working closely with internal teams and external business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage the MDM system, ensuring smooth functionality and security.
  • Configure and oversee device policies, software deployments, and system integrations.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for MDM and IAM solutions.
  • Learn and adapt to the JumpCloud MDM platform, achieving certification within the onboarding period.
  • Work on automation tasks using scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell).
  • Collaborate with teams to improve MDM standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with MDM and IAM tools (JumpCloud, Intune, VMWare, SOTI MobiControl, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience managing macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android devices.
  • Proficiency in automation scripting (PowerShell or similar).
  • Experience with Cloud Directory management (Google Workspace, M365, Okta – a plus!).
  • Excellent English communication skills to engage with global teams.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
