Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the Marketing Team. He or she is primarily responsible for maintaining RedDoorz’ online presence using various online channels and platforms. He or she takes full charge of implementing and monitoring digital campaigns and acquiring and retaining users and bookings through digital channels. Key duties include planning campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends, data management and conversion of these data into actual insights useful to the business.
Responsibilities
- Google Business Listing Profile Management: Create, claim, and verify Google Business Profiles for businesses. Ensure all business information (name, address, phone number, website, hours, etc.) is accurate and up-to-date. Manage and update business categories, attributes, and descriptions to improve local SEO.
- Google Business Listing Content Management: Regularly post updates, offers, and events on Google Business Profile. Upload high-quality photos and videos to enhance business visibility. Optimize images and media with relevant descriptions and keywords.
- SEO: Intermediate SEO knowledge and dynamics: optimizing a website’s content for organic search and implementing SEO strategies when curating content or marketing campaigns to build visibility, relevance, credibility, and brand awareness for a brand while earning visibility. Should be familiar with different SEO tools like Ahref, Google Search Console, and the like.
- Digital CRM: Must be able to roll out retention campaigns, from conceptualization through to analysis and monitoring. Further, he or she must be able to formulate and execute different CRM campaigns at different customer lifecycle stages.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in Marketing and Communications, most years spent handling digital campaigns, -particularly CRM & SEO Management.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, Clevertap, and Ahrefs.
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in start-up environment is a plus.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
