Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive, based in Manila with some travel-work opportunities. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Knowledge of the building materials and home furnishings market is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Competency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel as needed
