We are seeking a driven, experienced General Manager to establish and lead Valandor’s operations in the Philippines. You will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our regional presence, driving strategic initiatives, overseeing recruitment operations, and ensuring the growth and success of our platform in the Philippines market.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop, and manage Valandor's operational presence in the Philippines.
  • Lead and optimize end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes, ensuring alignment with global standards and strategic goals.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing local team to deliver on business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with global leadership to define local strategies and implement growth initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, regularly report operational metrics, and proactively drive improvements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to drive business development and customer success.
  • Ensure operational compliance with relevant local and international regulations.
  • Promote a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented organizational culture.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in senior management, recruitment operations, or business development roles.
  • Proven track record in leadership, project management, and talent acquisition, ideally within BPO, IT, Finance, or related sectors.
  • Strong strategic thinking with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Adept at fostering relationships with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies, especially in recruitment and talent management, is highly desirable.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields; Master's degree is advantageous.
