Your Mission

We’re looking for a versatile Midweight Brand Designer to help bring our brand to life across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with the Senior Brand Designer + the rest of our Brand Team to create visually compelling, on-brand assets that support our global marketing efforts.

From presentations and social media graphics to landing pages, digital ads, and sales collateral, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping our visual identity. You’ll also contribute to creative concepting, ensuring our visuals stay fresh, innovative, and aligned with our brand vision.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Senior Brand Designer and cross-functional teams to execute visually compelling designs across digital and print formats
  • Design and deliver a range of high-quality assets, including presentations, social media graphics, landing pages, digital ads, email banners, and sales collateral, and more
  • Contribute to creative concepts and ideation for marketing campaigns, advertising programs, and brand initiatives
  • Support the design of assets for motion, such as storyboarding UI flows for motion designers
  • Support the evolution of our visual identity, ensuring brand consistency while pushing for fresh, innovative approaches
  • Problem-solve creatively and take ownership of design projects from concept to completion
  • Leverage strong communication skills to collaborate effectively in a remote environment, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Work efficiently within deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Stay up to date with design trends and best practices, proactively bringing new ideas to the table
  • Maintain and organize design files, ensuring efficiency and accessibility within the team
  • Confidently represent the Brand Team and evangelize brand standards in cross-functional squads

Your Skills

  • A minimum of two years experience in a similar brand design role, working in-house or at an agency across both digital and print formats
  • A portfolio that demonstrates: strong brand design principles and craft, a modern aesthetic, creative thinking + excellent attention to detail
  • A strong grasp of brand thinking, easily understanding and applying the Propeller visual language and tone
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to follow creative direction
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and receive feedback effectively
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage personal workload

Preferred But Not Mandatory

  • Illustration skills
  • Experience in a scale-up environment
