Administrative Officer (under Mitsubishi Motors Finance Philippines)
About the Role
As Administrative Officer, you will be a pioneer employee of the new SBC Affiliate– a joint venture between Security Bank Corporation, a leading universal bank in the Philippines and Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, a global automobile company based in Japan.
You will be responsible responsible for implementing, executing and following through all agreed actions on MMFP’s administrative services, which include those provided by the following units: Legal, IT, HR, and General Administration.
In addition, Administrative Officer’s responsibility is to directly work with Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to ensure efficient and effective implementation of administrative operations for supporting functions
How you'll contribute
- Assist in coordinating the administrative functions across HR, Legal, IT, and General Services to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide support in implementing company policies, procedures and standards within departments.
- Manage and maintain records, databases, and documentation within these functions to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information pertaining to HR and Legal with discretion
- Act as a point of contact between the CAO and various department heads, facilitating effective communication
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for HR, Legal, IT, and General Services.
- Monitor departmental expenditures to maintain financial discipline.
- Support the planning and execution of projects related to IT upgrades, legal compliance, HR initiatives, and facility management.
What we’re looking for
- More than 10 years’ background in administrative functions, HR, legal and general services.
- Knowledgeable of company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Must have an awareness of corporate governance and organizational structures.
- With basic understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management.
- Knowledgeable of HR practices related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
