Freelance Recruiter (Only Philippines Region Candidates)
We are seeking a Freelance Recruiter based in the Philippines region to help us find top talent for various roles. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates. This is a remote, commission-based role ideal for someone with strong recruitment experience and a proactive approach.

What is expected of you?
As part of the job, you will be required to
- Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and coordinate with Talent Acquisition Team.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance or remote setup.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple job openings.
- Experience recruiting for roles in tech, design, or other specialized fields is a plus.
- Based in the Philippines region with access to a reliable internet connection.
