Key Responsibilities:

Category & Supplier Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers who align with the company’s commitment to affordability and quality.
  • Negotiate favorable terms, ensuring the best pricing, margins, and supply chain efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure consistent product availability and optimal pricing.

Product & Market Optimization

  • Curate a well-balanced selection of products that meet customer demand and enhance profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, sales performance, and competitor strategies to optimize category offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to execute category strategies effectively.

Process & Performance Improvement

  • Monitor key category performance indicators and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Ensure efficient inventory management to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline procurement and supply chain processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 6 years of experience in Strategic Procurement, Purchasing, or Product Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Strong strategic problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make data-driven decisions.
  • A driver's license is a must for this role
