- Assists in charting expansion direction using science, product knowledge, and consumer insights
- Crafts New Product Development (NPD) architectures for identified health spaces
- Develops claims and product concepts
- Serves as Project Organizer, communicating and collaborating with brand/enablers
- Assist in preparatory requirements for Project Team meetings (medical/regulatory, cost, technical, research, trade)
- Executes projects according to plan, bringing innovative concepts to completion
- Assists project manager in studying, managing claims development, and providing input to strategy documents for assigned spaces
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science or any related course
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- With Product Management, Product development and/or launch experience
- With Brand Management or Marketing background
- Experience handling Pharmaceutical products is an advantage
