Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

  • Process and calculate accurate monthly payroll for all employees.
  • Ensure all employee salaries, bonuses, commissions, and deductions are correctly processed.
  • Coordinate with HR and department heads regarding employee attendance, overtime, and leave records.
  • Prepare and distribute payslips to employees on time.

Tax and Compliance:

  • Ensure accurate and timely computation and remittance of government-mandated deductions, such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and taxes (BIR).
  • File and submit monthly/quarterly reports to government agencies as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Philippine labor laws and tax regulations to ensure full compliance.

Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee data, payroll reports, and other necessary documentation.
  • Track and monitor employee benefits, such as leave entitlements and overtime.
  • Ensure that payroll data is stored securely and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Employee Inquiries and Support:

  • Address employee payroll-related inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly.
  • Provide assistance in the explanation of payroll-related concerns to employees.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare payroll reports for management, such as payroll summaries, tax filings, and reports for audits.
  • Assist in year-end tax reporting, including the preparation of BIR Form 2316 (Annual Income Tax Return for Employees).

Other HR Support:

  • Assist in other HR-related tasks, such as benefits administration, employee onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Support the HR team with any ad hoc payroll or HR requests.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven min. 3 years of working experience in Payroll.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related major.
  • Proficiency in calculating payroll manually and by HRIS.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Up-to-date with the latest labor laws.
  • Able to follow Working From Office arrangement in BGC, Taguig City
  • Available to join immediately.
