Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for a Front Office Team Lead, located in Taguig. The Front Office Team Lead will oversee front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service and the smooth handling of guest inquiries and reservations. Responsibilities include managing the front office team, coordinating with other departments, and handling customer issues and feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Team Management and Leadership
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Cruise Management or similar degree
- At least 1 year experience as a Team Leader in Front Office Operation
