Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Lead initiatives to boost ASUS’s market performance by identifying new opportunities based on market analysis and competitor research.

• Sales & Inventory Management: Oversee weekly sales tracking, run-rate analysis, and promotional strategies to meet targets.

• Collaborate with Global HQ: Align product planning with global goals, manage forecasts, and collaborate with logistics, marketing, and product teams.

• Partner with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create effective business cases, strengthen ASUS’s brand presence, and ensure impactful merchandising and messaging.

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Address challenges across departments to ensure smooth operations and project delivery.

• Uphold Commitment: Maintain excellent attendance and contribute to the overall success of the team.

• Additional Tasks: Take on various other responsibilities as required to support the business.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within electronics or peripherals.

• Expertise in Product Management, Sales Planning, and Marketing.

• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• A strong sense of responsibility, goal-driven, and proactive.

• Willing to be based in Ortigas, Pasig City.
