What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a detail-oriented recruiter who excels in internal hiring processes. You might be the perfect fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • You have 4+ years of recruitment experience with a strong understanding of ATS, CRMs, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • You’re proficient in Google and Microsoft applications.
  • You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You’re highly organized and have excellent time management abilities.
  • You’re familiar with Talent Analytics and can adapt to flexible schedules when needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing end-to-end internal recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Reporting to the Sourcing Team Manager while sourcing top global talent.
  • Collaborating with department heads to identify hiring needs.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Work Setup & Culture

  • Work from Home
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM MNL
  • Contract Type: Independent Contractor
