  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Megawide is currently seeking of an innovator and result driven Technical Officer who will oversee technical data management, plan reviews, coordination, and drawing updates to ensure project quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains for the sound channeling of technical data and information needed in the project
  • Gathers data and reviews architectural, structural and MEPF plan, to ensure immediate action for discrepancies in the drawings; and identify possible change orders, especially additional works.
  • Prepares report on the status of pending queries and submittals to expedite response and approvals.
  • Coordinates with the Engineering Staff, Project Management and Consultants
  • Prepares update in Architectural, Structural and MEPFs designs, plans and details to the Site Engineers and Architects to have an assurance in the quality of work.
  • Supervises Autocad Operators in preparation of drawings and for submittals;
  • Organizes and updates Cad files
  • Approves and updates drawing for construction to the production team accordingly to schedules
  • Performs other job-related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in construction industry
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills; highly organized and assertive
  • Analytical, decisive, keen on details and possesses excellent people/project management skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Caticlan for the Caticlan Airport project.
