Your Role:

As a Customer Support Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including CRM updates and data entry.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide customer service support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate with technicians, and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Educate customers about services, policies, and processes.
  • Liaise with technicians and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or operations
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, G-Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills/expertise

  • Previous experience liaising with technicians or field service teams is a plus
  • Previous experience in the Pest Control Industry or a related field is a plus
