Key Responsibilities
Engaging with customers across the UK who need moving & storage solutions.
Ensuring clients understand Stackt's unique offerings and get the best moving experience
Managing leads, closing deals, and consistently hitting weekly and monthly targets.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service.
Providing insights and feedback to the team to refine sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
Passionate sales professionals with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication & negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated individuals who thrive in high-energy, results-driven roles.
A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Tech-savvy candidates comfortable with using digital tools and CRM systems.
Team Oriented, Eagerness to learn, coachable.
Understands and works towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent performance and growth.
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Flexible with working shifts
Nice-to-Haves:
Previous experience in removal & storage, logistics, or tech-based services.
Exposure to call centre sales or inbound/outbound sales environments.
