Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with third-party providers, ensuring they meet quality, efficiency, and performance standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external contacts to support business objectives.
  • Oversee costs and budgeting related to outsourced services, ensuring efficiency and optimal resource allocation.
  • Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to third-party performance and service delivery.
  • Ensure that vendor operations contribute to a seamless customer experience by maintaining high standards for timeliness and quality.
  • Regularly assess vendor performance using KPIs and scorecards, identifying areas for improvement and driving efficiency.
  • Work closely with third-party teams to enhance operational effectiveness and meet business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with agreements, policies, and performance expectations, recommending improvements when needed.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for vendor-related engagements, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational challenges and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Handle daily coordination with vendors, ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Address and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the organization, providing updates and insights as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing vendors, third-party operations, or business relationships, preferably within a BPO or customer-focused environment.
  • Bachelors degree or higher is required.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and build lasting relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong focus on optimizing vendor operations.


Other Qualifications:

  • No restrictions for overseas business trips and travel
  • Okay to work 100% onsite
  • Ability to start immediately after job offer is highly advantageous
