BuiltaMart, the leading e-grocery platform in Metro Manila, is looking for a Marketing Manager for our Growth and Commercials Team. The position requires the candidate to do offline marketing, B2B, Social Media, Print, Season Activations, On-site marketing, and other marketing platforms. These efforts will also be converted to insights and reports relevant to the business's sales.

  • Must have a good background and understanding of end-to-end marketing, including online, offline, campaigns, print, social media, events, and other marketing platforms.
  • Experience in Brand Management and Platform Management,
  • With leadership and people management skills, including managing a team, leading meetings and activities, and providing employee feedback and development.
  • Has the ability to strategize for the department, problem-solving, critical thinking, and innovative mindset to meet the demands of the growing industry.
  • With proven output and revenue generation for organizations.
  • Provide continuous reports and assessments for the management.
  • Experience in the Retail industry is an advantage. In-depth knowledge in the grocery business is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course related to Marketing and Business Development
  • With at least 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing
  • With experience in leading a team, and managing team deliverables.
  • Willing to work on-site in Pasig, Mandaluyong, or QC area.
  • With proven leadership and management skills
  • Can adapt to the demands and flexibility of a growing business.
