  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Fleet administration of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Fleet consisting of 400-500 units Passenger, Light & Heavy Commercial Vehicles across Australia.
  • Review and recommend rotations for over/under utilized vehicles in terms of kilometer usage to maximize the lease coverage.
  • Facilitate and manage issuance of Toll & Fuel Cards for each vehicle.
  • Process Infringement Notices and assign to individual/assigned drivers.
  • Assist in facilitating requests for vehicle maintenance to sustain roadworthiness of the Fleet.
  • Monthly reconciliation of Fleet related invoices.
  • On time submission of operational reports to Internal Stakeholders.
  • Liaise with Business Partners to address concerns of Internal Stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
  • Experience in a fleet management or leasing environment with a proficient understanding of the fleet industry is mandatory.
  • Knowledge and/or background about SAP & SRM Systems.
  • Background in Purchasing is an advantage.
